Dick Cheney originated in a Wyoming genetic research laboratory. Although the details of the experiment are still unknown, it is believed that the Cheney is a hybrid creature, having the body of a man and the heart of a rock. In addition to its native Wyoming, the Cheney has been spotted in Texas and Washington D.C.
