Peggy Patty Prentiss is an American political operative, best known for her work on Senator Hillary Clinton's 2008 primary campaign.

Born in Chicago in 1972, Prentiss established herelf as an activist early in life. Before she graduated from high school, she was a founding or active member in more than fifty student and youth organizations, including Teens for a Cleaner Earth, Students for Equal Rights, Young People Against Fascism (YPAF), Choice Squad, Kids for Ethics Reform, Vote the Future, EarthSmart, Li'l Tikes for Accountability in Government, and Truth Scouts.

After graduating from Georgetown University, Prentiss found work on the Hill, first in the congressional office of the late Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, and later for Senator Hillary Clinton. During Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign, Prentiss served as Assistant Vice Deputy for Strategic Communications Strategy.

According to conservative commentator Archie McPatton, Peggy Patty Prentiss became "an enemy of American values" when she wrote, in a 2007 blog entry, that "there are journalists, like Brent Finger and Mopsy Jimenez-Tippington, and then there are professional propagandists and liars, like Archie McPatton and Ralph Piss."

Prentiss appeared on a notorious episode of Suckerpunch with Dick Memmons, along with Obama campaign spokesman David Mulberry-Schwartz.
